As a professional sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry, providing a quality lunch for a doctor and his/her staff assists me in getting some quality time with that doctor to promote our product line, For many years now, Cheryl Hatfield {Black Tie Catering} has provided me with great lunches for my physicians and their staff at reasonable prices and has raised the bar by providing timely delivery as well. One of the things that has been so valuable to me is that when I am having a lunch with an office, I don’t have to worry about purchasing a meal , providing tableware, plates, drinks, cups, etc. and hope that I have remembered to purchase everything that I will need to have a successful luncheon.

As a catering business, Black Tie provides me with service that is very hard to find. As a business owner, she has captured what the pharmaceutical reps desire… great meals, moderate prices, DEPENDABLE delivery with set up and breakdown at the specified time requested, with an invoice in hand. Service such as this is VERY hard to find and Black Tie has respectfully earned all of my lunch business.

I LOVE Black Tie Catering! I have been using Cheryl Hatfield for 3 years now and can’t say enough about her and her business. I have used her for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Graduation, Birthday, Football Tailgate and several other Celebrations that I have had. Cheryl works with you in such a professional and calming manner, that she makes you feel so comfortable and you know your party will turn out GREAT! The food is ALWAYS great and her presentation perfect. It’s so nice to know that when something comes up and I need food right away, I can always call Cheryl and she always comes through.
