Personal Catering

Let Black Tie Catering make your next event a success!

All menus are created with your event in mind. After an initial consultation, we will custom design your menu, tailored to suit your individual needs. Our services can also include rental services and a full-service wait staff.

Personal Chef

Hire your very own chef! We will come to your home and help you prepare for your dinner or cocktail party. You provide the food, and we will provide the expertise! Personal Chefs are available on an hourly basis. Call for additional information.

Cooking Classes

A great way to entertain a small group. We do in- home cooking classes for groups of 9-12.

We can help you choose a topic or choose one of your own. Each guest will enjoy a two hour class with a full demonstration of each recipe, and recipe packette, and a full serving of each menu item. Prices vary based on menu.

Tea Parties

A fun alternative for birthday parties. Our Tea parties are for all age groups and are an excellent culinary adventure! Tea parties can also be wonderful for ladies luncheons and bridal or baby showers. Our Teas are generally four courses of bite sized sweets and savories that are sure to please every guest. Our Teas for children are interactive. We allow each child to create their own chef’s hat or apron, help learn to set the table, and decorate their own desserts! Contact us for booking information.
